A distinctive feature of this project is a long history of its development, not because it is so slow or something else, no, the fact is that the idea matured before the technical possibility of its implementation appeared. The President of WPP, Mr. Rafael Ben, continued to work with various aspects of biomass and gasification technologies. So in 1990, he visited FAO and evaluated the conversion of agricultural waste to fuel, and in 1992, Mr. Ben went to China for the Rockefeller Foundation to assess the two new gasifiers built there. Then he and his team built a plant for the production of biomass, which produced 24 MW of electricity per day. It was a success. Then there were construction sites in Ghana, Belarus and in other countries, in which Mr. Ben urged governments to change the energy supply of countries in an oil and gas way to alternative ways. By 2009, the company was finally formed at WPP Energy, which was supposed to turn municipal solid waste into fuel and energy. In 2015, WPP established a joint venture with INEWCORP to develop household waste to transform it into energy fuel in 15 countries in Africa. Next, in 2015, WPP begins to deal with technologies for water purification. And in 2016, Mr. Ben approached closely in the technology of blocking, the use of which will become a factor that reduces the basic costs of electricity production. 2017 is significant in that WPP Energy has signed contracts with the governments of African countries for a period of 35 years for the processing of waste to generate electricity. In March 2018, the company begins to develop its comprehensive website for the ICO. After the sale of tokens to the funds received, the project will be further developed and improved, which by 2020 will result in the use of the "green" principle of generating electricity for widespread distribution in many countries of Europe, Asia and Africa.
