The business model phase 1 of the CIBUS platform will be centered on 4 modules.

1. CIBUS TRACE
Ability to track food and dietary supplements through all stages of production, processing and distribution. A good search system can help minimize the production and distribution of unsafe or bad quality products, thus minimizing the potential for costly publicity, responsibility, and product mementos. The current food labeling system can not guarantee authenticity, safety and quality of food: the CIBUS trace facility will give 100% emphasis on offering instant authentication of security, reliability, and top quality.

2. CIBUS SOCIAL
CIBUS SOCIAL is an interactive social platform connected with Seller food. This is a food-focused community that will be given incentives (with CIBUS tokens) to create a Food Producer or Seller to share all information related to its product on blockchain. It will be mutually beneficial for both. Consumers will know more about food products and their food business owners in order to get consumer feedback directly.

3. CIBUS RETAIL
This is the Business Market to Consumer (B2C) virtual based on blockchain and cryptocurrency technology as a transaction medium.Consumers will buy food products and provide feedback based on their experience. Buyers can compare dietary products and dietary supplements based on their traceability data in blockchain through the CIBUS Trace module. Consumers and business operators must transact using CIBUS tokens, which will increase the CIBUS token value from time to time.

4. CIBUS TRADE
CIBUS TRADE is intended for wholesale purchases of merchants for their trade from merchants or other manufacturers. All transactions will be made via CIBUS token.
CIBUS Trade makes it easy for businesses to achieve business trading that enables seamless sales. Each transaction in CIBUS will incur a micro charge based on the number of transactions.


In this Phase 2 CIBUS Platform will be 4 modules as follows:

1. CIBUS LOGISTICS
It will handle logistics companies as well as, include or search for offers on behalf of customers to take business. CIBUS may consider in the future to open its own Logistics center to deliver products to its customers from its main warehouse.

2. CIBUS AD
CIBUS AD is a direct advertising and marketing platform including data analysis and artificial intelligence. Ads can be basic or advanced and the fees charged by CIBUS will vary.

3. CIBUS AFFILIATE
CIBUS AFFILIATE is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business rewards every visitor or customer brought by the affiliate marketing efforts themselves. The CIBUS Affiliate Program will reward Marketers for their efforts to promote the sales process of CIBUS Retail and CIBUS Trade modules through their affiliate links and advertising media.

4. CIBUS ESCROW
CIBUS ESCROW is a financial intermediary arrangement, whereby CIBUS will hold and release payments to buyers and sellers involved in certain transactions. This helps in processing transactions more secure and protected. The payment is when all terms of the agreement are met and supervised by the CIBUS escrow unit. CIBUS will work as an intermediary buyer and seller on all transactions which will be facilitated by CIBUS Token.
